After a long period of review National Homebuyers no longer offers sell and rent back services.

The reason for this is simple, after reviewing offers made by National Homebuyers along with other companies, we found that the offer price for a property is much higher if purchased vacant.

Our customers would prefer to take a larger cash offer for thier property and use some of the extra cash to rent another place rather than stay in the same property and recieve a lower offer.

National Homebuyers do not advise or arrange the sale and rent back of your property. If you wish to sell and rent back we will pass your details onto our sister company Momentum Homes Ltd.All calls to National Homebuyers may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. As part of our offer process, National Homebuyers will assess every property individually: this may include an external survey. This external survey report is used solely for the purposes of making our offer to you. We will also make further enquiries and carry out searches and research into each property and local market places in order to make our offer. National Homebuyers advise that any offer made will be lower than the current market value in some cases this could be considerably lower than the actual market value. National Homebuyers reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time. Our offer remains open for 30 days. Legal fees are only refunded if exchange takes place within 30 days of your acceptance of our offer. Please note in most cases Valuation Fees are non-refundable prior to completion of purchase. The fee is inclusive and no further charges will be incurred.
